Kid Policy
We understand parenting can be a juggling act, but our salon isn’t designed with children in mind. Some estheticians are comfortable with children in the room (as long as they stay seated or in a stroller), while others prefer a child-free space. If you need to bring your child, please let us know so we can pair you with the right esthetician.
For safety reasons, unattended children cannot remain in the waiting area, even if a receptionist is present. Thanks for helping us create a calm, safe environment for everyone!

Guest Policy
We kindly ask that you don’t bring guests to your appointment. While we can occasionally accommodate this when a receptionist is available, this is rare. This policy ensures a safe, relaxing experience for all clients and staff.
Pet Policy
As much as we love animals, pets aren’t allowed in the salon due to health regulations and allergy concerns. Service dogs trained to assist individuals with disabilities are always welcome. Please note that emotional support animals, while important, aren’t considered service animals under the law.
Cancellation/No-Show/Late Arrival Policy
To ensure your appointment runs smoothly and to respect the time of our estheticians and other clients, we kindly ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early. With back-to-back bookings, we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals, and arriving too late will be considered a late cancel or no-show.
Missed or late-canceled appointments directly impact your esthetician’s income. We appreciate your understanding and consideration.
Please note, cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service price to compensate the esthetician for their time and the lost opportunity to accommodate other clients.

Other Policies

Appointment-Only: All services are by appointment. Book through our website, phone, email, or text—we’ll find a time that works for you!

Declined Payments: If your card is declined for a cancellation fee, payment must be resolved before booking a new appointment.

Age Restrictions: Brazilian waxing is only available for clients 18+. For those 14-17, bikini waxing is available with a signed waiver and a parent or guardian present.

Privacy During Services: To ensure a professional environment, only the client and esthetician are allowed in the room during services.

Service Changes: If you need to remove a service, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Removing services during the appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee for those services.
